V-THE VILLAS, is the holding company of RBV Realty Corporation, ER3G Resources &
Development Corp., Tierra Realty & Development Corp., and Ardec Elite Corporation,
which are all engaged in subdivision development projects. The company started as
a construction firm in 1995, primarily engaged as a general contractor for private
homes and multi-national firms such as:
• INTEL, an institution with the highest safety standards in the world;
• MONTECITO PROPERTIES in Laguna which was developed by the Yulo
family; and• BOVIS
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a construction-management firm based in the United Kingdom,
with various projects around the world.
In 1999, the company shifted its operations into exclusive, high-quality yet affordable
subdivision developments. It started with the HACIENDAVILLAS SUBDIVISION in Taal
, Batangas. It has completed Phase V with over 500 lots sold on a 16 hectare property.
CIUTADELLA DE HACIENDA VILLAS (Phase V) was fully completed in the summer of 2006.
V-THE VILLAS expanded its' operations in the Northern Philippines in 2004 by managing
the development of ALTA MIRA SUBDIVISION in the town of Bantay , Ilocos Sur, five
minutes away from the City of Vigan.
As per original plans and per mutual agreement, V-THE VILLAS turned over the property
management and village administration to its joint venture partner in November,
2005.
In May 2007, the development of the 7.5 hectares PLANTATION VILLAS SUBDIVISION in
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan was fully completed in a record total construction time
of 12 months. Since then, 70% of the lots have been sold as of December 2009.
The company’s expansion in the Northern Philippines continued with the initial development
of a four-hectare property called TROPICAL VILLAS SUBDIVISION in November 2007. This
luxury development in the hills of Bacarra, Ilocos Norte was completed in February
2009, with on-going landscaping efforts to make the community a haven of greenery.
As a manifestation of its' quality development, 40% of the lots have been sold to
date.
The initial development of HERITAGE VILLAS SUBDIVISION in Taal , Batangas, started
in January 2008. In its opening month in June 2008, it had record-breaking sales
of 30% of the total lots sold inside a 2.3 hectare property. By January 2009, the
subdivision was fully sold-out.
The dynamic group of V-THE VILLAS has been in the real estate business for over 30
years with professional training gained in the Philippines and in U.S.A. cities like
San Francisco, New York, Georgia and in Barcelona, Spain. Together with an in-house
team of architects, engineers and consultants, they strive to design a well-planned

is in the design development process of its two newest subdivisions - KAWAYAN VILLAS
SUBDIVISION in Batangas and the GOLF VILLAS SUBDIVISION in Ilocos Norte. We believe
